WHAT IS LOCAL CRYOTHERAPY?
Local Cryotherapy is a freezing, but safe and comfortable type of therapy designed to help alleviate problematic pain areas and helps with inflammation, swelling and other skin issues.
CAN I RECEIVE CRYOTHERAPY ON MY FULL BODY?
Our approach to cryotherapy is using a local approach which means to focus on a specific area of the body versus a large cry-chamber. You will have the opportunity to choose one area that you would like your therapist to focus on.
HOW LONG DOES MY SESSION LAST?
Local Cryotherapy is favorite at Go Stretch due to the quick and efficient recovery time for our customers. Each session lasts about 10-15 minutes. Your session will kick off with a 5 minute assessment of the problem area, followed by a brief 5 minute assisted stretch to the area as well. You will finish your session with 5 minutes of localized cryotherapy.

SHOULD I SCHEDULE MULTIPLE SESSIONS?

Yes, multiple sessions are typically recommended for local cryotherapy to achieve the best results. The number of sessions can depend on your specific goals and the area being treated. Here are some general guidelines:
